Refund policy

At ZeekoHome, we want every customer to enjoy a smooth and worry-free shopping experience. Because most of our wall murals and wallpapers are customized products, our return and refund policies are designed to protect both customer rights and production fairness. Please read the following carefully before placing your order.

1. Order Cancellation & Refund (Within 24 Hours)

  • Customers may request a full refund within 24 hours after placing the order.

  • Once 24 hours have passed, the order will enter production and cannot be canceled or refunded.

  • To cancel an order within 24 hours, please email us at support@zeekohome.com with your order number.

2. Customized Products – Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable

  • As our murals and wallpapers are custom-made to your specific size and material, they are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once production begins (after the initial 24-hour period).

  • Please double-check your measurements, wall conditions, and selected materials before confirming the order.

3. Defective or Quality Issues

  • If your product arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing/quality issue, please contact us at support@zeekohome.com within 15 days of receipt.

  • To process the return, we require:

    • Photos or videos clearly showing the issue

    • Your order number and proof of purchase

  • Once approved, we will provide instructions for the return and issue either a replacement or refund.

  • Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

4. Shipping Damage or Wrong Item

  • Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

  • If the item was damaged during shipping or you received the wrong product, notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the package and item. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

5. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Custom-sized or personalized products (except for quality issues as described above)

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Products damaged by incorrect installation, improper handling, or environmental factors (e.g., damp walls, uneven surfaces, wrong adhesive use)

6. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are not available for customized products.

  • In the case of a defect, you may request a replacement within the 15-day period.

7. Refund Processing

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.

  • If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven’t received the refund, contact us at support@zeekohome.com.

8. European Union Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

  • For customers in the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason.

  • However, this right does not apply to custom-made or personalized products (as per EU consumer law).
